Sean Buller resigns for '09

The Armada agreed to terms with pitcher/bullpen coach Sean Buller on Monday, resigning the Long Beach native for a third season. Buller, 33, was mainly used as a reliever in 2008, pitching 39.1 innings over 28 games. The former AAA pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization returned to baseball in 2007 after six years out of the game due to injury. Buller's passion for the game is matched by his appreciation for his own community, as he regularly represents the Armada at numerous Little League opening day ceremonies, community carnivals and festivals and other appearances.

It will be great to see Sean back with the Armada. Not only will his pitching, and experience be valuable to the team, but also his personality. He has a way of keeping the rest of the team loose during a game. No matter what the situation is. Whether the boys are winning a blowout, or getting blown out themselves. You can always see Sean leading the cheers. He has become a fan favorite since his first game as an Armada player.
"Thanks, Sean for coming back one more time" It will be fun again to see you and the rest of the boys on the diamond.
"See you at the yard"

Just for the fun of it, here are about 150 pictures I've taken of Sean. I didn't realize I had so many...
